Orange and White Kitty

For the past 3 years, there's been a little orange and white homeless kitty that comes to visit me for food. I make a point to feed her everyday, and in the winter, I make a little shelter for her out of my pet taxi so she'll have a place to sleep out of the wind. Until last Wednesday, she has come over everyday to eat. Yesterday I noticed that she still had food in her bowl from last week. I'm a bit worried something has happened to her. My neighbors also feed her and when it gets frigid cold, they let her in their house at night. For the first few days, I thought maybe that's where she was, but until today, it hasn't been cold, so why would she be in their house? I went over there ( I don't really know them) to see if they'd seen her, but nobody answered the door. I hope she's okay, but I'm fearing the worst. My boyfriend has commented that she looked thin, like maybe she had tapeworms or something. I should have taken her to the vet but she's not really mine. I can't afford to take on the medical bills of a homeless kitty, and she can't live with me because I already have two of the little monsters. I guess I 'll just have to keep looking for her.
